Undergraduate Programs

Program Introduction

Students are required to complete the curriculum within 4 to 6 years and fulfill the designated number of credits and pass a thesis defense. Successful graduates will receive a graduation certificate along with the bachelor’s degree, according to Degree Committee regulations.

Application Prerequisites

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport (according to the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China).

2. Applicants for the undergraduate programs must have the academic credentials analogous to those of Chinese senior middle school, HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) Level 4.

Application Process

Qualified applicants should contact the International Student Management Office of IDP one or two months before the class starts.

1. Download the Application Form of IDP, Guardian’ Guarantee Form, The Health Examination Report and Resume Form, or drop by the International Student Management Office one or two months before the enrollment.

2. Mail, fax or email the filled Application Form, Guardian’s Guarantee Form, Health Examination Report, the copy of graduation certificate, the transcript (duplicate) and resume to the International Student Management Office one or two months before the enrollment.

3. Upon receiving the documents mentioned above, the International Student Management Office will check all the information. Then the Admission Letter, Visa Application for Study in China Form (JW202) will be sent out to the applicants within two weeks after the application is approved.

Notes

1. IDP offers the same scholarships for the international students as those for the Chinese students.

2. Application fee must be paid when students forward the application. Fees for tuition, books and insurance must be paid at registration. The international students should buy the comprehensive medical insurance.

3. If renting an apartment, the international students must register at the local police station within 24 hours after settlement.

4. The university is in Yanjiao, a national Economic and Technological Development Zone in Sanhe City, Hebei Province. The international students would enjoy a convenient life here, with hospitals, banks, post offices, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, gym and other entertainment places within reach.
