On the morning of November 13, 2018, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between IDP and Linyi Seismological Bureau was held in conference room 318, Mingde Building. Vice President Liu Chunping, Director of Linyi Seismological Bureau Zhu Shiquan and Deputy Director Yan Hongpeng attended the ceremony. Persons in charge of Defense Division, Office And School Office, Academic Affairs Office, Scientific Research Department and Institute Of Continuing Education of Linyi Seismological Bureau attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Liu Chunping introduced the basic situation of IDP from the aspects of historical evolution, mission, construction and development, school achievements and development strategy. Zhu Shiquan introduced the basic situation of Linyi City and the development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work. He hoped that the two sides would carry out in-depth cooperation in seismic fortification of urban and rural buildings, R & D and application of seismic mitigation and isolation technology, decision-making consultation, sharing of educational resources, construction of earthquake related disciplines, education and training of cadres and talents. Subsequently, Liu Chunping and Zhu Shiquan signed a strategic cooperation agreement as representatives of both sides.

Zhushiquan and his delegation also visited vibration table and disaster simulation laboratory.
