Yao Yunsheng Leading a Team to Seismological Bureau of Shanxi Province for Investigation

From November 26 to 27, 2018, President Yao Yunsheng led Cai Xiaoguang, director of the school's Scientific Research Department, Shen Jun, director of the Comprehensive Disaster Reduction Institute, and Yu Zhongyuan, chairman of Beijing Disaster Prevention Technology Co., Ltd., went to China Railway First Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Railway No.1 Research Institute), Northwest Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Northwest Institute) and Shanxi Provincial Seismological Bureau and the Second Monitoring Center of China Seismological Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Second Monitoring Center) to carry out special investigations on deepening school enterprise cooperation and improving industry contribution rate.

On the morning of November 26, Yao Yunsheng and his party had an in-depth exchange and discussion with Chairman Liu Weimin, deputy chief engineer Meng Xianglian, Feng Wei, Wang Jie and relevant departments in charge of China Railway No.1 Research Institute. The two sides introduced their respective business areas and research and development expertise, and hoped to take this opportunity to strengthen cooperation, give full play to the advantages of the school's talent team and enterprises, and establish a long-term school enterprise cooperation mechanism. Director Cai Xiaoguang and director Shen Jun also introduced the scientific research work of IDP and the existing work foundation in Sichuan Tibet region. Both sides agreed that it’s necessary to join forces in the implementation of major national engineering projects to achieve win-win cooperation and carried out research and deployment on the next step of project work.
