A Letter of Thanks to Public Opinion Research Office of IDP from Seismological Bureau of Tianjin

To Institute of Disaster Prevention,

From Sept. 18 to Sept. 20, 2018, 2018 Summer Davos Forum in Tianjin was held. At the requests of Tianjin Municipal People's Government, the earthquake public opinion of the district was in real time monitoring and relevant information was reported daily for the sake of security during the forum. From Sept. 15 to Sept. 21, Xu zhanpin, Chi Xiaoming and Li Aizhe, Fan Fan, Niu Xiaolong, Jing Jinglong applied their professional expertise and led their students to assist the Seismological Bureau of Tianjin City in monitoring public opinion in Tianjin. They did a lot of work, arranging the deployment carefully, monitoring public opinion, and giving timely summary, consultation, and reporting to our bureau.

The earthquake security service of the 2018 Summer Davos Forum in Tianjin has been successfully completed thanks to their efforts. Here, Seismological Bureau of Tianjin City and all the staff sincerely thank IDP and the above-mentioned teachers and students for the efforts and contributions they made in the earthquake safety and security work. It’s highly appreciated for your strong support in earthquake prevention and disaster reduction to our bureau in recent years.
