Experts from IDP Winning Praise for Their Work in Songyuan Earthquake Relief

Recently, Songyuan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government sent a letter to express their thanks for the strong support and outstanding contribution of the expert team of IDP in the earthquake relief work of the May 28 Songyuan earthquake.

On May 28, 2018, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7 occurred in Songyuan City, Jilin Province, which affected 55 townships (streets) in the whole city. More than 5500 houses were seriously damaged and more than 13000 houses were generally damaged. After the earthquake, IDP immediately sent an expert team composed of Bo Jingshan, Li Ping, Zhang Yudong, Li Xiaobo, Wang Wei, Wang Lei, Huang Xin, etc. to Songyuan City to support the earthquake relief work, and actively carried out earthquake monitoring, consultation, emergency response and intensity verification. With full working enthusiasm and dedication, they worked hard, forgetting to eat and sleep, and actively carried out various work and made an outstanding contribution for the stage victory of Songyuan City earthquake relief work.
