Teachers of IDP Visiting Nagoya University of Technology for Academic Exchange Activities

Recently, at the invitation of Prof. Zhang Feng of Nagoya University of technology, Prof. Guo Xun, president of School of Civil Engineering, Dr. Sun Zhiguo, Mr. Li Hongtao and Mr. Zheng Zhihua of School of Geological Engineering went to Nagoya University of Technology for academic exchanges.

The two sides exchanged and discussed the scientific issues related to the earthquake resistance of port engineering. Professor Zhang Feng introduced the soil dynamic constitutive relationship and his test technology and led our team visit the laboratory of Nagoya University of Technology, and introduced its undergraduate teaching situation as well.

Through this exchange activity, IDP has promoted a deeper understanding and mastery of the key scientific issues related to earthquake resistance of port and geotechnical engineering, and has learned the advanced experience of Nagoya University of Technology in laboratory management and undergraduate teaching.
