Cooperation Framework Agreement Signed between IDP and Sichuan Seismological Bureau

On the morning of April 19, 2018, the signing ceremony of the cooperation framework agreement between IDP and Sichuan Seismological Bureau was held in Mingde Building. Qi Furong, Secretary of the Party Committee of IDP, Yao Yunsheng, President, Liu Chunping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Li Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Li Guangjun, Deputy Director of the Sichuan Seismological Bureau, attended the ceremony. The persons in charge of the Personnel Education Department, Science and Technology Department, Personnel Department, Academic Affairs Office, Scientific Research Department, Department of Earthquake Science, Department of Disaster Prevention Engineering and Continuing Education Center attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Qi Furong introduced the basic situation of IDP from the aspects of historical evolution, mission, construction and development, school achievements and development strategy. Li Guangjun introduced the background, basic situation and cooperation foundation of Sichuan earthquake prevention and mitigation work, and expressed his gratitude to the teachers and students of IDP who have participated in Sichuan earthquake emergency work for many times. Yao Yunsheng hoped that the two sides would carry out in-depth cooperation in personnel training, scientific research and earthquake disaster prevention. Later, Yao Yunsheng and Li Guangjun signed the cooperation framework agreement as representatives of both sides.

After the meeting, Li Guangjun and his party also visited the disaster simulation laboratory, metalworking practice base and SMT laboratory.
