Principals from Publicity and Education Center of Emergency Management Department and CCTV Children's Channel Visiting IDP

On June 11, 2019, Guo Jian, director of the Planning Department of the Publicity and Education Center of the Emergency Management Department, Ding Meirong, business director, Liu Xin, chief producer of "Fanxing" of CCTV children's channel, and Liu Li, vice president of Chinese Language Film and Television, came to IDP to investigate and exchange views on the production of public welfare propaganda films on disaster prevention, mitigation and relief.

Vice President Liu Chunping attended the meeting and introduced the situation of IDP from the aspects of disaster prevention and mitigation education, experimental training conditions, and popular science publicity. Leaders of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee, College of Earth Sciences, School of Emergency Management, Institute of Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction Science Popularization and other departments and units attended the meeting.

After the meeting, Guo Jian and his party also visited the school's engineering structure anti-collapse laboratory, rescue and equipment training room, disaster simulation laboratory, etc.
