Two Visiting Scholars of Earthquake System Visiting IDP for Academic Exchange and Study

In accordance with the spirit of the notice of China Seismological Bureau on announcing the funding candidates of China Seismological Bureau's plan for domestic exchange and visiting scholars in 2018 (Zhong Zhen Ren Han [2018] No. 39), Zhi Hongkui, a senior engineer from Henan Seismological Bureau and Ma Fuhong, an engineer from Sichuan Seismological Bureau, were invited to visit IDP this year.

Zhi Hongkui, male, senior engineer, majored in computer science and technology, worked in Luoyang Seismic Station, Henan Province, currently engaged in instrument operation and maintenance, earthquake monitoring related research, instructor: Professor Hong Li.

Ma Fuhong, female, engineer, majored in computer science and technology, works in Xichang Seismic Center Station of Sichuan Seismological Bureau, currently engaged in daily processing of geomagnetic data and related research on seismic data processing of China seismic array scientific exploration project, instructor: Professor Shen Jun.

In order to ensure that the visiting scholars can carry out their research smoothly and experience the comfortable and warm learning and scientific research environment of IDP, the Teacher Teaching Development Center coordinates the Personnel Department, Development and Finance Department, Logistics Management Department, Earthquake Science Department and Disaster Prevention Equipment Department to make proper arrangements for the visiting scholars in the aspects of accommodation, subsidies and office work, providing good working and living conditions. At present, the 8-month study visit of the two scholars has been carried out smoothly.
